Do You Know Your
Leadership Impact?
As a leader, I've made my share of mistakes.
I struggled when things didn't go my way and was easily frustrated by the people I saw as the problem.
As a "leadership development" professional, I thought I had to be a perfect leader, so I held back for fear of getting it wrong. Then my frustration would lead me to do the wrong thing anyway.
Now, with over 30 years of hard-earned experience under my belt, I've come a long way. I coach top executives every day, from a wide range of industries and organizations, and I've discovered that most leaders experience similar challenges. They just respond in different ways.
I've been an executive coach for 14 years and now for the first time, I am offering an open invitation to growth-oriented leaders.

Any of this sound familiar?
- You want to drive change, but you encounter resistance at every turn.
- You're frustrated by your low performers and limited in what you can give your top performers.
- You need to be the messenger for policies and decisions you disagree with.
- You're expected to motivate people, but they don't seem to listen.
- You don't get the resources and support you need from the leaders above you.
- You're constantly asked to do more with less (or told "work smarter, not harder").
How do you solve it?
When faced with those challenges, many leaders instinctively reach for more control. But the reality is most of those challenges are beyond your control.
The solution lies in accepting reality and then approaching those challenges in a new and different way. The solution is to approach those challenges as a leader of people, not as a manager.
Management is for control.
Leadership is for people.
The solution is becoming a more impactful leader of people.
You might get a little better as a leader by reading books and taking classes, but growth as a leader comes primarily from experience.
