Workshops
learn from structured experiences
Learning to lead is tough to do in a classroom environment, yet millions of dollars are still spent annually sending leaders to corporate training events.
My workshops are different.
Rather than knowledge-based presentations from the front of the room, I design immersive learning workshops that are contextually-based, experientially-driven, transformative events.

Contextually-
based
The workshop is grounded in a real-world application, with a single stake at the center of the learning.

Experientially-driven
The learning happens via experience. You don’t passively absorb a knowledge presentation, you participate fully in an experience designed for your learning.

Transformative learning
Knowledge is easily forgotten, placed on a shelf with the binder it came in. Transformative learning is when you continue to learn and grow well after the program is over, because the experience sticks with you.
